Challenge: How would you, quickly, let the sports fan know about the latest play, the current score, and the key players? Write it.

Ideation Process

Today’s user is a football fan from Ghana. Her name is Denise.

Denise’s favourite sports team, the Black Stars of Ghana, is playing against the Lone Stars of Liberia. If it was any other day, Denise would be glued to her television set, watching the match.

But today is not an ordinary day. It’s her cousin’s wedding day, and as expected, she is participating in the festivities. That said, she still takes a moment to look at her phone from time to time, so she can keep up with the game.

52 minutes into the match, Ernest Nuamah of the Black Stars scores. Denise uses the MatchDay app to stay connected to the game. The MatchDay app is supposed to keep her updated. Now, what would the update look like?
